If your bot breaks down, we’ll pick them back up. With the Checkup Plan, we’ll cover all the costs of sending your bot to the bObsweep hospital: shipping, labor, and replacement parts (non-consumable) .Plus, we’ll replace up to two consumable parts (brushes, filters, and mopping cloths*) a year.

Coverage lasts for 2 years from the date you received your unit
Gold Tier
Coverage lasts for 1 year from the date you received your unit
