Replacement parts including but not limited to filters, brushes, mops, batteries, bags, as well as select sensors, motors, wheels, and more are available for purchase online. Charging stations and certain power components are available as complete replacement units.

WARRANTY
Every bObsweep product purchased from an authorized seller is covered by warranty. Register your bot to claim your warranty coverage.

SERVICE
bObsweep products are made modular and therefore easy to maintain, replenish, and even repair. With our step-by-step repair videos, anyone can become a bObsweep doctor!
We provide the essential guides and information required to maintain and repair bObsweep bots, including basic troubleshooting steps, part identifiers, and installation guidance for user-serviceable items. Where applicable, we may provide firmware updates and diagnostics necessary to keep your device operating correctly via the bObsweep app. Follow update instructions carefully. If you need help, contact us.
Where to start: visit the bObsweep YouTube channel (adjust settings for captions in English/French) or email support@bobsweep.com with your model and serial number for access to the exact guide and part number.
Option A — DIY (At Home)
Appropriate for routine maintenance and simple replacements or repairs. Typical DIY parts: filters, bags, brushes, mops, certain wheels, certain motors, and batteries.
Option B — Supported Repair (At bObsweep Hospital)
Our Customer Support team can assist with more complicated diagnostics and can help provide repair arrangements through our after-sales repair team.
Safety & items not recommended for DIY:
For your safety and to protect your device, the following are generally NOT recommended for at-home repair:

Charging stations and power supplies (risk of electric shock or damage).

Internal high-voltage or power-management modules.

Complex sensors or circuit boards and tightly integrated assemblies where improper handling can cause further damage.
Notes & limitations:
Availability of certain parts may vary by model and production run. If a part or model is discontinued, we will offer an alternative solution when feasible.
